Nauset Beach Light, the iconographic symbol of Cape Cod, is a restored lighthouse on the Cape Cod National Seashore near Eastham, Massachusetts. It was erected in 1923 using the 1877 tower that was moved from the Chatham Light. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Building the keeper's quarters was easy. However, the lighthouse itself, I have tried twice and have given up. Building the 8 pillars and attaching them is near impossible. I tried attacking the build from two directions with no luck. The base wants to collapse in on itself. The directions are almost clear enough but at the same time confusing. The whole process is very delicate with no stability. I will bring it back with me to FL and try for a third time. I have done many Legos and your Portland Head light. I love the mini blocks because they do not take up space! I just purchased the pirate ship and look forward to building.
