Rhed's original hot sauce is a blend of fresh jalapenos, dried chocolate habaneros, roasted garlic, onions, carrot, coriander, salt, and two types of vinegar creating a flavorful, well-balanced sauce. The chili mash is fermented over two weeks before combining with the other ingredients for another layer of flavor.
Tastes great in bloody marys, pizza, chowder, mac & cheese, hot wings, on eggs, souffles, or anything that needs a little bump of flavor!

We had an amazing meal at Matunuck oyster bar and they had this sauce. It was not overly hot but had a wonderful flavor that enhanced my lobster butternut squash chowder and gave a great boost of flavor to my delicious stuffies. It complements flavors so well I'm going to order several bottles. Again 5 Wows.
