One of Boston's favorite attractions, the Swan Boat is represented in this sterling silver collectible. The swan boats, which ply the Public Garden's lagoon, are pedal powered boats which date back to 1870 when Robert Paget, inspired by the opera Lohengrin, decided to decorate his rental catamarans with large white swans. This pin is handcrafted in 100% sterling silver, 2 1/2 inches long and gift boxed. Every piece is made in the same manner today as centuries ago.
